Refund policy
Cancellation and refund terms for courses, online lessons and extra services.

01General terms
This policy explains when you can cancel a booking with Time to Turkish and how much you get back.
The €50 registration fee is not refundable in any case.
02Cancelling a course
The cancellation charge depends on how long before your start date you tell us:

| 30 days or more before the start date | €150 in total, including the €50 registration fee |
| 15–29 days before | 20% of the total course fee |
| 8–14 days before | 40% of the total course fee |
| 1–7 days before | 80% of the total course fee |
| After the course has started | No refund |
If you cancel 30 days or more before the start, the charge is never higher than the charge for cancelling 15–29 days before.
Postpone instead, for free. If you tell us before your course starts, you can move to another start date at no cost.
03Online lesson packages
- Your lesson package is activated as soon as you pay. Package purchases are final and not refundable.
- Unused lesson credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
How long credits last

| Up to 10 lessons | 6 months |
| More than 10 lessons | 12 months |
Credits expire at the end of that period. If you buy a new package within 6 months of the expiry date, your unused credits move across to it.
Cancelling a lesson
You can cancel a lesson free of charge in your student panel up to 24 hours before it starts (Istanbul time). If you cancel later, or miss the lesson, one lesson credit is used.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
04Visa refusal
If your visa is refused, whether you get a refund depends on the written proof of refusal you send us, when you cancel, and how much administrative work has already been done on your file. The €50 registration fee is still not refundable. See the visa policy for details.
05Accommodation and extra services
Refunds for accommodation, airport transfers and other extra services depend on how much notice you give and on the terms of the provider we book with.
06How refunds are paid
Once a refund is approved, we process it within 14–30 business days.
